Q-Team Tree Service, located on Route 11 in Naples, has been serving southwestern Maine on a full time basis for over 25 years, and Cook's Tree Service has been around just as long. Q-Team and Cook's Tree Services merged in 2007 and now operate under both names as one company.

When you hire Q-Team/Cook's, to handle your tree care needs, you are hiring a support team. You will frequently reach a live person (Jan) when you call, or else you will receive a prompt call back. Also, there are three job estimators / crew supervisors (Robert, Adam and Aaron) who are dedicated to serving you. You won't get this from any other local tree company..

Careful Crew
While it may be impossible to perform tree removal with zero impact, the Q-Team/Cook's crews are always careful not to needlessly trample your shrubs or flowers or damage your lawn or septic system (or your neighbors). Licensed Arborist
Q-Team/Cook's have six State Certified Arborists on staff, at least one of which is also CLP certified. They will send a licensed arborist to your property who is very knowledgeable about trees and will be able to help identify safety concerns before they turn into problems.

Safety comes first at Q-Team/Cook's Tree Service. They operate so safely, in fact, that since Robert Fogg started Q-Team in 1985 the company's general liability insurance record has been flawless, not one single claim. Now, that’s safety! Also, employees willingly adhere to strict "Rules of Conduct" along with a strict "Drug and Alcohol Policy".

Q-Team/Cook's arborists are very knowledgeable about trees and the shoreland zoning tree cutting laws. They can tell you what cutting is allowed and what is not.

They Recycle
They recycle all the waste wood and limbs generated by the work they do. Recently, Q-Team sent a staggering fourteen hundred tons of wood mulch to a Maine company to be burned to help produce some of the electricity you use in your home.

Q-Team/Cook's job estimators and supervisors have easy mobile computerized access to customer information (that may include lot layout and vital information such as septic tank location), maps and directions plus job details and instructions.
Competitive Pricing
Q-Team/Cook's are able to do high volumes of quality work within short time spans so they are able to price their work very competitively. If another company or individual gives you a subtantially lower price, there's usually a good reason for the difference. Often, Q-Team/Cook's will match the price of any other quality fully-insured tree company. Don't be afraid to ask.
A Local Company
Q-Team/Cook's is a local company. Tree Services usually require the use of multiple crew and equipment. It does not make economic sense for a tree company to travel long distances to do tree work. That's why Q-Team typically limits themselves to working within a 25 mile radius of their home office in Naples during the busy season. Beware of any tree company that doesn't list an address on their advertising. They are probably not local.
Above Board
Q-Team/Cook's is an "Above-Board" company. Crews are well paid (deservedly so) and well equipped. All workers are paid above board (not "under-the-table"). The company provides all tools and equipment and does not cut-corners on safety or quality in order to cut the price. If you have to pay a little extra to hire Q-Team/Cook's, it will be well worth the difference. You will be glad you did.
